Booking and Payment: By making a reservation with Madeira Island Holidays, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment is required at the time of booking via paypal.me or bank transfer. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details regarding the cancellation policy.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be made without extra charges.
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room is two guests.
Property Policies: Guests are expected to respect the property and its surroundings. Any damage caused to the property or its amenities will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in additional charges.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of service animals with proper documentation.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the property. Designated smoking areas may be available outdoors.
Liability: Madeira Island Holidays is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or accidents.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government regulations, Madeira Island Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without liability.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Madeira Island. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madeira Island.
